We are a small and fast-growing online publishing company providing courses, software, training and tools for Real Estate Investors and Agents so they can market their business. We are seeking an awesome team member to help us fulfill our technical orders and also interact with customers who require technical help. YOU: This is a work from home position (remotely) as a primary technical fulfillment person and tech support specialist. You will perform fulfillment activities for our products and work with customers one-on-one via email, chat and phone when needed. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and you need to feel the same way. Salary is negotiable, but very competitive. Hours will be flexible, but range around 20-30 per week for now. We have minimal customer service on the weekends, so most hours will be between Monday and Friday. The possibility of more hours will be available as well.
US: We are an online publishing company, founded in 2008. Most of our clients are Real Estate Investors from around the world, with a small percentage being Real Estate Agents. We specialize in providing online training courses, software and systems to help our clients market their business and find people who want to sell their house. As a technical expert on our team, you will be responsible for the following (not all-inclusive) tasks:
-Fulfill our web-based products by following a specific set of instructions via text and video.
-Work one-on-one with customers needing assistance via email, live chat, text and phone to help them get set up with products, troubleshoot existing products and answer inquiries.
Personal skills are listed above, but additional skills will be required as well:
-Must be great at working with computers, the internet and various types of software, with a quick learning aptitude for each.
-Must have impeccable Integrity, Honesty and a track record for the same.
-Be extremely organized, able to follow very specific instructions.
-Able to learn new software and systems quickly and efficiently.
-Be comfortable with learning and making some mistakes along the way (learning from those mitsakes).
-Be comfortable talking to people in person and a good listener.
All of our team works remotely, from home or their own “office” space. We all enjoy the awesome benefit of doing so, but there are responsibilities also. Everything we do happens electronically, over the internet, team chat, skype, mobile phones, team meetings and more. You need to be accepting of that. We will expect a lot from you, but the rewards will be excellent. We love having flexible work times, vacation schedules and having fun, all the while providing excellent products and service for our customers.
Schedule and Pay
Salary is negotiable, relative to experience. As you grown in the position and do a great job, your pay can grow too. Hours will be 20-30 per week to start, with availability of more time in the near future. Hours can be flexible, but must be consistent.
